4. What is the return and refund policy?

  • Refunds: Once a return is authorized, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

  • Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

8. Why are additional photos only for existing customers?

Due to the high volume of inquiries—including those from competitors attempting to occupy our time—we reserve additional high-fidelity photography exclusively for existing customers.
